1. 1Open Dailymotion.com and find the video you want to save.
2. 2Click on the video so it opens on its own page — the URL should start with dailymotion.com/video/.
3. 3Copy the full URL from your browser's address bar.
4. 4Paste it into the download box above and click Download.
5. 5Choose your preferred quality and click the Download button — the file saves to your Downloads folder.

Mobile (iPhone & Android)

1. 1Open Dailymotion in your mobile browser (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android).
2. 2Navigate to the video and tap on it to open its own page.
3. 3Tap the address bar and copy the URL.
4. 4Go to vidforyou.net, paste the link, and tap Download.
5. 5iPhone: tap the download arrow in Safari's toolbar, open the file, then Share → Save Video. Android: the file saves directly to your Downloads folder.

Good to Know

• →Make sure you're using the direct Dailymotion video URL (dailymotion.com/video/…) rather than a shared or embedded link from another website — the original URL works most reliably.
• →Dailymotion videos embedded on news sites and blogs have different URLs from the source — go to dailymotion.com directly and find the video there to get the correct link.
• →The same Dailymotion link works for both video download and MP3 audio extraction — paste it once and choose whichever format you need.
